A Bit About Me...

 

Hello! I'm Kate Stirling

I'm a Nutrition, Confidence & Life Coach. I'm also a NLP Master Practitioner, Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. I use my proven methods and techniques to help you make life long change from weight loss  to improved confidence and self belief. 

 

I have been coaching for nearly 22 years in various forms. I relish helping you tapping into and unlocking your confidence by improving the relationship you have with food, yourself, your body and your life.

 

I'm also a trained actor and and a Mum now too so I totally understand how full on and hectic life can be! I've overcome my own challenges with an eating disorder in my teens and comfort eating as an adult and I understand how hard it is to break the negative cycle with food but it is possible and it doesn't mean following strict plans  or rules.

Thrive With Food is based around proven techniques to help you overcome long standing mindset and thought blocks around yourself, your body, your life and food. 

I followed The Thrive With Food method to help me feel more energised, lighter and myself again after I had my daughter in 2022. I started with the 28 day approach you will follow in Thrive with Food. Over 4 weeks you will overcome habits and choices that stop you feeling and looking your best. I followed the same steps as in Thrive With Food to improve my own relationship with food and my body. Thrive with Food is not designed as a weightloss programme but you might lose weight as a result of following the principles as it'll help you to stop late night comfort eating, which can lead to weight gain. There is about 4 months between these photos of me.
